Lloyds Banking Group and Société Générale have joined the UK Structured Products Association (UK SPA).
The banks bring the organisation's membership to 10, including Citi, Credit Suisse, Legal & General, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, Royal Bank of Scotland, Santander and Skandia. Launched last November, UK SPA's remit is to educate and inform the investment community. It offers independent commentary on structures and also seeks to address any misunderstandings or misrepresentations of the market.
