Burdett and Potter to run Thames River/F&C retail multi-manager

Rob Burdett and Gary Potter will run the combined retail multi-manager business of Thames River and F&C, with Dean Cheeseman to head-up the institutional and Lifestyle range.

Mike Warren, the investment director of Thames River, says the merger will enable Thames River's burgeoning multi-manager range to build up further momentum. "From the retail end it is really an exciting tie-up and will the strong distribution reach and push will enable us to set ambitious targets in the space," he says. "The Lifestyle range is run differently to the way Rob and Gary manage money, so will continue to be run by the F&C team."
