Friends Provident has launched a new assistance programme as part of a push into the group protection market.
The new package - free to new and existing group income protection policyholders - is aimed at helping companies reduce absence in the workplace. Key elements of the new programme include up to 6 face-to-face or telephone counselling sessions, as well as a proactive debt management service involving hands on support from qualified money advisers who will talk to creditors on behalf of the individual concerned.
