Industry veteran Neil Mainland dies

Financial services PR firm Broadgate Mainland has announced the death of Neil Mainland yesterday evening, following a long battle against cancer.

Incisive Media would like to pass on its condolences to the family and friends of Neil. Neil, who spent 22 years in financial services PR, founded the Mainland agency in 2002. Incisive Media chief executive Tim Weller says Neil was not only an outstanding PR man, but a true gentleman. "He was a great friend and much admired by the journalist team on Investment Week for his integrity and knowledge of what made a good news story.
