FSA warns against sale and rent back broker

The FSA has issued a warning against Sevenoaks-based sole trader Mark Ainley for breaching his authorisation by entering into sale and rent back agreements.

The regulator said it had received information Mark Ainley, trading as Mark Anthony Financial Management, had entered into a number of sale and rent back agreements for which he is not permitted by the FSA to arrange, enter into or administer. In making the agreements, he has acted outside the scope of the Part IV permission the FSA has granted him. The FSA urged any consumers who has entered into or were about to enter into a sale and rent back agreement with Mark Ainley to contact the regulator immediately.
