The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has appointed 21 financial planners as ‘Chartered Champions' to promote the professional status across the UK.
Representatives will meet with consumers, IFA firms and individual financial planners as local advocates for chartered accreditation for their respective regions. The Champions will host business dinners and other events for chartered financial planners to forge links with the local community. They will also use chartered Connections Clubs to establish links between other chartered professions.
