Private health insurer WPA's Worldwide Assistance service, which provides global medical assistance, is now to be operated by third party supplier, CEGA Group Services.
CEGA specializes in claims handling, travel risk management, medical assistance, cost containment and air ambulance services, all managed from one location. It is the only travel assistance service provider to operate its own air ambulance fleet, and also has in-house teams of medical and insurance specialists.
