Support for an unbiased protection training academy is growing following the announcement that 17 industrywide companies have signed up to the first phase of the initiative.
The Protection Review's joint venture with PFS has already gained backing from insurance providers, friendly societies and re-insurers. Although not exclusively aimed at advisers, it is hoped the academy will encourage more IFAs to enter the protection market and raise the standards of all those involved already.
