Thames River pair join JOHCM to launch European fund

JO Hambro Capital Management has poached a pair of European fund managers from Thames River to launch a dynamic European fund next month.

Trygve Toraasen and Carlos Moreno have joined JOHCM today and plan to add the All Europe Dynamic Growth fund to the firm's European range by late February. The pair ran the European Dynamic Growth fund at Thames River and also worked together at Fidelity Investments, where Toraasen managed a dynamic European vehicle. Paras Anand, head of European equities at F&C which acquired Thames River last year, has taken over the management of the Thames River European Dynamic Growth fund. The pair's new fund will sit alongside JOHCM European, Continental European, and European Select Values....
