The British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA) has outlined its priority lobbying issues for the year ahead.
The trade body's 2011 manifesto highlights three key lobbying themes: Helping customers - While the internet may make it easier to buy some packaged insurance products, there is no substitute for advice.
