Capita-owned National Dental Plan has announced Andrew Bower as its new managing director.
Capita acquired corporate dental plan provider National Dental Plan in August 2010 and Bower is tasked with establishing its business for the future. Bower has worked at Capita since 2003, holding a number of senior positions with Capita Consulting and Capita Insurance Services. He has worked in the financial services market for over 20 years, including Norwich Union and Winchester White Management Consultants. One of Bower's first tasks will be to launch a scheme for Capita's 36,000 employees in March 2011. The scheme enables all employees to take up a dental plan if they wish. An...
