Short-term lender Omni Capital has appointed BBC Apprentice contestant Liz Locke as business development director.
Locke previously worked in investments for UBS and Deutsche Bank, alongside investing in and developing properties, and will take responsibility for promoting Omni's proposition to individuals, companies and intermediaries. Locke made it to episode 10 of the series before being fired by Lord Alan Sugar for lacking a certain special quality he was looking for. He later apologised and admitted he regretted his decision.
