Legal & General has announced "improvements" to its online quote and apply system OLP Connect.
These changes are designed for a faster and more efficient application process for term assurance, critical illness, income protection and family and personal income plans. OLP Connect, which can receive in excess of 40,000 applications per month, should now allow more underwriting decisions to be made straight away, putting policies on risk much sooner.
