Customers of Bradford & Bingley International will be transferred to Alliance & Leicester International on 5th August 2011 following the decision by the parent group, Santander, to drop the Bradford & Bingley name.
The transfer should not affect account terms which have already gone through some integration last year when accounts between the two were aligned. Santander scrapped the brand names of Abbey National, Alliance & Leicester and Bradford & Bingley in the UK back in 2009.
