Guernsey has signed Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEAs) with Argentina and the Cayman Islands.
The latest exchange of regulatory signatures brings the total number of TIEAs signed by Guernsey with other jurisdictions to 26. Argentina is the 11th member of the G20 major economies to enter into a TIEA with the Island. Under the terms of a TIEA, the signatories will, on request, exchange bank and other information relating to both criminal and civil tax matters.
