Post Office pledges to beat IFAs' business insurance quotes

The Post Office is promising independent advisers it will beat their business insurance - including professional indemnity insurance - renewal quotes for their offices.

The offer, open for three months from 17 October, is only for businesses which currently have three years no claims history and annual premiums must be above £238.50. All policies would include: Employers' liability insurance up to £10m Product liability insurance up to £2m Computer equipment breakdown Loss of gross revenue due to business interruption Legal expenses up to £50,000 Duncan Caesar-Gordon, head of business insurance at the Post Office, said: "We know how important it is for all businesses, including IFAs, to keep down costs, which is why we have launched th...
