The British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA) will focus on 'proportionate and cost effective regulation' for members its 2012 manifesto has said.
The association also aims to work with Government, businesses, regulators and consumers to support growth. The 2012 Manifesto will be distributed to all political stakeholders influential on the issues affecting insurance brokers. It will be used to outline BIBA's lobbying position to protect and promote BIBA's members on the key issues affecting them. It highlights four overarching campaigning themes: Empowering UK consumers, businesses, the insurance sector and the UK to trade worldwide.
