Reports have been circulating that Prudential is considering moving its headquarters out of the UK due to increased European regulatory requirements from Solvency II. However, with the insurer holding only a minority 25% ownership stake in the protection and private medical insurance arms, it seems the pair will not be impacted by any potential move.
