Global remittance service for French market

Global remittance specialists Xendpay has launched it's global online money transfer platform, Xendpay.fr, in France.

Xendpay says the launch is in response to the increased demand for global remittances to and from the French market.  According to official statistics, there are 1.7 million French people living abroad and with its large remittance inflow of $15.9 billion (2010) and 6.7 million immigrants living in the country, France is one of the most important migration countries in Europe. However, money transfer costs are typically around the 10% level, Xendpay believes it can offer a service that cuts costs and is more transparent.
