New multi-jurisdictional fund platform from Vistra

Vistra Fund Services (VFS) has launched Privium Capital Fund, a Cayman Islands-based umbrella fund structure which will enable its clients to establish their own segregated portfolio or sub-funds and build fund management expertise located in four jurisdictions - Hong Kong, Cayman, The Netherlands and the UK.

The Privium Capital Fund aims to provide what Vistra calls “a simple and fast solution to the challenge of designing and establishing new fund structures.” Rapid fund set up is managed by this streamlined approach as support in areas such as marketing, set up and design, compliance and approval, physical office and risk management models are all supplied by Privium.
