Poll: 'Confidence and positive attitude' most important attribute for IFAs

Advisers consider confidence and positive attitude to be the top characteristic of the most successful financial advisers in the industry, according to a poll posted yesterday.

The poll which appeared on community IFA site IFA Life yesterday and has been answered by 36 IFAs so far, has seen eight advisers (22%) vote for 'confidence and positive attitude' as the most important attribute of a successful adviser. Having an ultra-clear proposition is the second most popular option at 14% of the vote, while persistence and determination and consistent and regular marketing activity are both neck and neck at 11%.
