Threadneedle Investments and State Street on target for Channel Island appointments.
Threadneedle appointed by Guernsey investment company Threadneedle Investments has reached an agreement in principle to be appointed investment manager by UK Select Trust Limited (UKST), a Guernsey investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange. UKST’s investments will be managed by Simon Brazier, Head of UK Equities at Threadneedle. UKST is the first listed closed-end investment company managed by Threadneedle and signals the company’s interest in further developing products in this segment of the market.
