Aviva extends CI cover

Aviva has extended cover on its critical illness (CI) policies with benefits for additional conditions, ABI+ definitions and child cover.

Five CI conditions now fall under ABI+ definitions: cancer, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, major organ transplant and motor neurone disease. New critical illness customers will be covered for three new conditions; significant visual impairment, Crohn's disease treated with intestinal resection and removal of an eyeball. There are now five additional benefits offered. Each condition pay-out will be separate to the main policy.
