The Buy to Let Business launches mortgage club

The Buy to Let Business has today launched the industry's first buy-to-let mortgage club.

Members of The Buy to Let Business Mortgage Club will be able to access exclusive rates and have access to the Centre of Excellence – a broker helpdesk - where they can discuss lenders given criteria for individual cases. The mortgage brokerage said the resource will be valuable to intermediaries with less experience in the buy-to-let sector but who are looking to build their percentage of business. The club has announced a partnership with Hinckley and Rugby Building Society, and will offer its members an exclusive 3.84% two-year discounted rate, available up to 75% LTV with a £1,999...
