The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has brought cases against Arch Financial Products and the company's chief executive Robin Farrell and chief operating officer Robert Addison.
All three cases have been referred to the Upper Tribunal, though no date has been set for a hearing. Farrell said in a statement: "We fundamentally disagree with the FSA's approach in this matter and this is why the cases have been referred to the Upper Tribunal." Addison declined to comment, and the FSA did not respond to requests for comment.
