Threadneedle Investments has confirmed the appointment of Campbell Fleming as its chief executive.
Outgoing chief executive Crispin Henderson has moved to the vice chairman of global asset management role at Threadneedle's parent company, Ameriprice Financial. The appointments, which were initially announced in December subject to regulatory approval, have since been confirmed by the Financial Service Authority and will become effective on 1 March.
