KRS launches over-55s property service

Key Retirement Solutions is launching the first nationwide service to handle the house buying and selling process for the over-55s.

The new arm, Keymove Property Services, will charge customers 2.5% of house sale prices for end-to-end service. Customers will pay an initial £299 (including VAT) fee which is deducted from the final price bill on completion of the house sale and purchase The firm says fees including all legal and conveyancing fees and estate agency fees will be covered by these costs.
