Independent financial adviser Bradbury Hamilton has bought two client banks as part of its growth strategy and has further acquisitions in sight.
Bradbury Hamilton bought London-based Ford Reynolds and Associates and Manchester-based Ian Jones and Associates, which bring a combined £35m of funds under influence to the firm. Both firms have joined Bradbury Hamilton as financial advisers and will continue to service their own clients post-takeover, while accessing further clients from the Bradbury Hamilton database.
