Fiscal Engineers' Shane Mullins honoured by IoD

Fiscal Engineers managing director Shane Mullins has been named small and medium enterprise (SME) director of the year by the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Mullins, who's nomination represented the East Midlands region, won the award for his work at the Nottingham-based accredited financial planning firm, which he set up in 2000. Mullins will now go forward to the National IoD Director of Year awards on 11 October. He said: "I feel honoured to have been nominated for this award and particularly proud of the team effort that goes into what we deliver for our clients at Fiscal Engineers.
