IFP launches annual award for financial planning firms

The Institute of Financial Planners (IFP) has launched a new annual award to recognise the leading accredited financial planning firm of the year.

The Recognising Excellence award will be given to accredited firms registered with the IFP judged on the impact that the firms have made on the financial planning profession over the past year and their business performance. Judging will take place over the summer months and the winning firm will be announced at the IFP Conference in October. IFP education director Sue Leech, who is one of the judges for the award, said: "We're really excited to launch this new award.
