Yellowtail Financial Planning has published the second in its four-video series espousing the benefits of client-first financial planning. Continuing the theme of financial planner vs wealth manager, Yellowtail this time focuses on the importance of simple client communications over hefty annual investment reports. "It's so thick," says the planner. "It's the thickness that reassures and comforts our clients," replies the wealth manager. "It's not as though anyone reads this stuff."
