AFH Financial reshapes executive board

AFH Financial Group has announced a number of changes to its board, including the appointment of Paul Wright as chief financial officer.

Law firm Eversheds' senior office partner Sue Lewis has additionally been recruited as a non-executive director. AFH Financial chief executive Alan Hudson said: "We are delighted to announce these changes to the board and believe they will have a positive impact on the company's progression. Paul and Sue join AFH with demonstrable track records in their respective fields." Finance director John Wheatley has become non-executive chairman following Wright's appointment while non-executive director Toby Denne has been appointed as executive director and chief investment officer.
