Sanlam buys 20% stake in Caerus network

Wealth manager Sanlam UK has bought a 20% stake in the Caerus network alongside the firm's entire asset management business.

The company will have the option to buy the remainder of the network in three years' time. The deal is yet to receive regulatory approval. Sanlam's investment will be used to develop and scale up the adviser network, the firm said.
