British Friendly has launched a 'quote & apply' system for advisers applying for income protection policies for their clients.
The system allows advisers to run a quick quote without logging in and also allows them to see alternative options to tailor quotes to clients' budgets. It also provides the choice of completing an online medical questionnaire or opting for a telephone interview for clients. Advisers can use a live online booking system to schedule tele-interviews to gather further medical evidence.
