Former Partnership chief executive Steve Groves has joined the board of equity release provider Retirement Bridge as chairman.
Groves (pictured) left Partnership in April following its merger with rival Just Retirement. He had been managing director of the firm from 2006 before being made chief executive in 2008. Similarly to Retirement Bridge, Partnership was private equity owned before listing in 2013. Retirement Bridge was formed by Patron Capital and Electra Partners in May after they bought out the retirement solutions division from listed investment provider Grainger.
