Ascot Lloyd launches 'Adviser Academy'

Ascot Lloyd has launched an 'Adviser Academy' to help a number of future-IFAs achieve the necessary qualifications and skills to become fully qualified advisers through 30-month "intensive" training programmes.

Trainees will complete six to nine months as a client services associate and gain RO1 and RO2 qualifications, followed by six to nine months as a report writer to gain four more qualifications - RO3 to RO6. The firm said trainees would be "fully supported" to gain chartered status as an IFA once they have completed their training programme. Successful applicants will work in the firm's offices across the country and will also receive some training centrally in London.
