Canada Life Investments launches low volatility mixed-asset fund

Canada Life Investments has extended its suite of mixed-asset funds with the launch of the CF Canlife Managed 0%-35% fund to the UK retail market.

The fund will seek to construct a diversified portfolio by investing in a broad range of assets including income-focused equities, property and government and corporate bonds but with a focus on fixed income in order to create a low volatility portfolio. The strategy has been employed on the existing Canlife Managed (0%-35% Shares) Life fund for more than a decade and allocates across a number of internally-managed strategies, mainly CF Canlife's UK Equity Income fund, UK Government Bond fund, UK Property Jersey unit trust, Corporate Bond fund and Short Duration Bond fund.
