Theresa May is set to visit Buckingham Palace at 12:30pm to seek permission from the Queen to form a UK government, despite losing her Commons majority in the General Election 2017.
The Prime Minister is attempting to hold on to power by seeking permission to form a minority government, according to the BBC, while experts suggest an alliance with the Democratic Unionist Party will support her minority administration.
