What Did You Think Of The Survey And Awards Process? We had a really positive experience entering the awards last year. From my point of view, it is very easy to outline the benefits we offer as an employer but it was encouraging to see positive feedback from our employees as well. The fact that the survey was anonymous meant the staff were free to say what they thought. It gives opportunity as an employer to more impartially gauge if we are hitting the mark for our employees.
