Retirement Advantage has launched a range of equity release products for buy-to-let landlords and second home owners.

The ‘Landlord Options' is a series of three products for buy-to-let property owners. The provider said it would give clients freedom to choose whether they pay off any of their lifetime mortgage balance.  The ‘Landlord Lifestyle' option gives clients a cash lump sum upfront, with interest rolling up for the duration of the loan. The ‘Landlord Interest Select' option, meanwhile, will allow the customer to choose to service some or all of the interest.
