Aviva platform pain continues for advisers one month after launch

Advisers and their clients who use Aviva's adviser platform are still experiencing a multitude of issues almost one month on from the launch of its new platform.

Since Aviva gave its new FNZ-powered platform the green light advisers have suffered a number of issues and the life company has so far failed to get on top of the problems. Aviva's platform whiteboard, which lists all of its ongoing issues and their expected fix dates, showed as many as 22 issues on the platform as of 11am 21 February - it was suffering 17 issues at the beginning of February, with many of those problems not fixed today, including delayed payments to advisers and clients.
