Aegon UK's online protection application process has been enhanced to provide quicker underwriting decisions, real-time estimated prices and increased access to multi-benefit discounts.
A further upgrade to the process announced by the firm is the ability to apply for life protection on a single-life basis for two people in one online application. The new online 'journey' will allow advisers to change the order of questions to suit them, for example so that known medical conditions can be disclosed earlier in the process to save time and gauge cost and availability of cover immediately rather than at the end of the application.
