The upcoming pensions dashboard could be used by up to 15 million customers, Origo has calculated.
As a result, the not-for-profit operation said the dashboard must be built from the outset to support "significant volumes" of customers to cope with expected high demand. Pension and financial inclusion minister Guy Opperman has committed to launching the pensions dashboard by the end of 2019, a deadline Origo said it supports and believes is realistic.
