Rathbones expands Coombs' multi-asset team with new hire

Rathbones has hired Craig Brown from Beckett Asset Management to join David Coombs' multi-asset team as an investment specialist.

Brown will join the team in London and will report to Coombs, who is head of multi-asset investments at the firm.  Coombs runs the Rathbone Multi-Asset Portfolio funds and the Rathbone Global Alpha fund, alongside assistant manager Will McIntosh-Whyte. Brown will be have responsibility for aspects of client relationship management and will work closely with the firm's distribution and marketing teams to oversee client communications across all multi-asset strategies.
