Transact parent appoints Allen & Overy partner as chairman

Expected to assume role in October

Transact's parent company IntegraFin has appointed Richard Cranfield as "chair-elect" with the expectation he will become chair at the end of the company's financial year in October.

Cranfield, a partner at law firm Allen & Overy, has become a non-executive director and will take over from Christopher Munro, who has been IntegraFin's interim chair since September 2018.
