Capturing the next generation of clients will not happen simply by putting a "millennial adviser" within a business, Schroders director of intermediary solutions Gillian Hepburn told delegates.

Speaking at Professional Adviser's flagship northern conference PA360 North in Knutsford, Hepburn (pictured) told delegates to think more creatively when considering how to engage and work with the next generation of clients. She told advisers to think about whether they understand the next generation and, if not, how they might be able to implement new strategies within their businesses to ensure they do.
