Conscientiousness is key to being a successful and happy adviser, Quilter research has found.

Quilter surveyed more than 130 financial advisers on their personality traits and how these correlated with their financial metrics and general wellbeing. It measured advisers' extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, intellect and emotional stability through a logic and personality test.
