Investment consultancy and human resources firm Mercer has launched a digital wellness platform to allow employees to manage their finances in one place.

Mercer Money provides a real-time view of current accounts, debt, savings, pensions, and property values. It will help employees improve their financial wellness, understanding of pension schemes and will also give them instant access to financial information. Mercer said the new platform provides a way of bringing together financial wellness programmes and pension engagement strategies.
