Standard Life Aberdeen’s (SLA) advice arm 1825 has told Professional Adviser it would like to acquire more firms later on in 2020.

1825 head of private client management Colin Dyer (pictured) told Professional Adviser 1825 has "very much got continued plans to grow as a business" in the coming year. He said the firm was in "constant contact with quality firms all across the UK". He continued: "We're making a fast and focused start to the year [and] we're looking to make a lot of good progress as a business again.
