Financial planner's online book shop for advisers shuts down during pandemic

Financial services book website Phynancial has shut its doors during the coronavirus pandemic despite a steady demand for its service.

Satis Wealth Management director and Chartered financial planner David Hearne set up Phynancial in December last year, with the sole purpose of selling books written by US financial advice veteran Nick Murray. Hearne has sold about 200 books to UK advisers since the website began, but recently ceased operating because of Covid-19. He said: "It's not about me making money to live or feed my family so I decided it was non-essential for me to go to the post office. It felt wrong for me to take money and delay shipping, so I made the decision to close it and as soon as lockdown is over I'...
